CVA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for acts of violence, bullying (online or in person), dishonesty, fraud, and harassment of any kind. These include: making threatening remarks, acting in an aggressive or hostile manner that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment. This Policy also includes improper use of Client materials, accounts, branding, social media, websites, or any other activity that causes financial, physical or emotional harm. This policy goes further to declare that acts of dishonesty, misappropriation and fraud will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken. This policy applies to all those engaged with CVA. Zero tolerance means there will be no grace period. If a complaint is filed and found to be true, you will be terminated from your engagement with CVA without refunds or payments that exceed current work performed or time used.
Changes to these policies. We may modify this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting changes here. Any changes to the Policy will become effective when the updated policy is posted on the Services. Your use of the Services or your provision of personal information to use the Services following such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Policy.
